1. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, bookings and services provided by Kenyan Travel Agency. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is final once you have received a written confirmation from Kenyan Travel Agency. Check all details in the confirmation and notify us immediately of any inaccuracies.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid before departure, within the term stated on the invoice.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Requests to change a booking will be handled if possible; additional costs may apply. In the event of cancellation by the traveller, the applicable cancellation conditions and any third‑party costs (such as accommodations or activities) will be charged.
5. Travel Documents & Insurance
You are responsible for valid travel documents (passport, visa) and recommended insurance (travel and medical). We will advise you where possible, but the traveller remains responsible for timely arrangements.
6. Health & Safety
Participation in activities is at your own risk. Always follow the instructions of guides and local partners. Inform us in advance of medical conditions or dietary requirements that may be important for your trip.
7. Liability
Kenyan Travel Agency is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as weather conditions, strikes, decisions by authorities or actions by third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our liability insurance.
8. Complaints
Report complaints on the spot as soon as possible so we can offer a solution. If a complaint cannot be resolved during the trip, you can submit it in writing within 14 days after returning home.
9. Personal Data

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
